lil（以下「当社」）へようこそ。当社は the light design によって運営されており、本ウェブサイトを通じてショッピング体験（以下「サービス」）を提供します。本サービスを利用することにより、お客様は以下の利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。 /Welcome to lil. 本サービス上のコンテンツ（画像、テキスト、ロゴ等）は、当社またはライセンサーに帰属します。無断転載・複製を禁じます。 /All content on this service (images, text, logos, etc.) is the property of us or our licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

第6条 - Shopifyとの関係 / Relationship with Shopify

本サービスはShopifyによりホストされていますが、売買契約は直接当社とお客様の間で成立します。Shopifyは取引に関する責任を負いません。 /While hosted by Shopify, all transactions are directly between you and us. Shopify holds no liability regarding the purchase or use of products.

第7条 - 禁止事項 / Prohibited Conduct

違法行為、知的財産権の侵害、ウイルス送信、他者への誹謗中傷、およびスパム行為等を固く禁じます。 /Illegal acts, infringement of intellectual property, transmission of viruses, harassment, and spamming are strictly prohibited.

第8条 - 免責事項および責任の制限 / Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

本規約は、the light designの本社所在地の法律に準拠し、同地の裁判所を専属的管轄裁判所とします。 /These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our headquarters are located, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of said jurisdiction.
